What is a Circular Economy?
Circular economy is a term for a sustainable economic system designed to control waste and promote the use of resources efficiently. This model is a contrast to the classic linear model of extracting raw materials and then discarding the used products as trash. In this approach, products are engineered for longevity and durability, and makes use of materials in order for them to continue cycling through the industry with reuse, reapir, manufacturing, etc. By prioritizing renewable energy, circular economy promotes innovation and solutions to the misuse of resources and the scarcity of them. Ultimately, a circular economy ensures prosperity in a society with a correct use of natural resources and fosters innovation for a cleaner industry.
