About Crochet Wondrous

Crochet Wonderous started as a passion that helped her stay calm in tough times but the hobby soon turned into a passion project. To her, crocheting is more than a business, it represents the love from each loop that is put into each piece and the community she formed from it. One of her favorite creations is a bouquet of crocheted flowers because they last forever and are hand stitched with care. Sustainability to her is a non negotiable to stay aligned with her vision of love and intention and is proud to use eco friendly packaging to reduce her footprint.

What inspired you to start your business? What’s your story?

I started Crochet Wondrous out of a deep love for handmade art and a need for calm during tough times. What began as a hobby to deal with stress turned into a passion project. I posted my first piece on Instagram, and the love I received pushed me to turn this into something bigger. Every loop I stitch carries a bit of my story, and every product is made with heart. Crochet Wondrous is more than a business—it’s my way of spreading warmth, one handmade creation at a time.

What’s one of your favorite things you’ve made?

One of my favorite creations is a set of the cutest crochet flower bouquets. They were inspired by the pure love and joy my customers shared after receiving my pieces. I wanted to create something timeless—flowers that never fade. Each petal was hand-stitched with care, using soft, vibrant yarns to mimic real blooms. Seeing the happiness they bring, especially as gifts, makes them so special to me. These bouquets aren’t just pretty—they’re love, gratitude, and comfort woven into every thread.

What are your thoughts on the importance of sustainability for small businesses?

Sustainability is essential, especially for small businesses like mine that create with love and intention. At Crochet Wondrous, I’ve started shifting to eco-friendly packaging—using paper wraps, jute twine, and recycled cardboard boxes for shipping. I believe every small step counts. CCT has made me more conscious about the impact we leave behind, and I now aim to make my entire process more earth-friendly. In the future, I hope to use only biodegradable materials and support local yarn sources to reduce my footprint. Sustainable crafting isn't just a trend—it's a responsibility I'm proud to grow into.
